Let me be the first to welcome myself back to the world of internet self-publication! It has been over a year since I last posted anything consequential on the aptly named “Iwillwritethisblog…inOregon” blog, for the simple reason that I LEFT OREGON.

I’m back in Connecticut now, and while I sorely miss the high desert, there is something deeply satisfying in being home. Upon returning, it was my belief that because I am back in my natural environment, I would have nothing to say, and no need for the blog as an outlet. I was wrong. I may be back baby, but i’ve still got a lot on my mind!

I know loyal readers, I know. I owe you an apology. My words have been missing from your lives for too long.  You’re still angry, I can see that, and I deserve it, but fear not. I’m not going anywhere for a long time.

I love you. Now let me do my thing.
